? Our North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Marketing Teams are responsible for marketing and growing a portfolio of brands ? ensuring that each brand connects deeply with local consumers in ways that scale globally.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree required ? 8 or more years of experience working in a strategic marketing capacity required ? Experience working at and with world-class creative agencies a plus ? Track record of inspiring big (ideally award-winning) creative thinking is a plus ? Ability to collaborate across disciplines to open new, innovative spaces for brand growth based on consumer insights, cultural trends, and current and future business needs ? Ability to define overall IMX strategies
