Qualifications

Experience handling automobile and/or motorcycle accident cases

Additional case experience is a plus (slip and fall, defective products, etc.)

Plaintiff Experience Is Strongly Preferred

Candidates need to be licensed in one of the following States CA, FL, NY, NJ, PA

Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

Trial Experience

Responsibilities
? Complete handling of litigation case load
? Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
? Significant client interaction
? Depositions, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
