Tobler Law is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Live Chat Representative to enhance our client communication experience. Responsibilities
? Engage with clients via live chat to provide prompt responses to questions and concerns
? Assist clients in navigating the firm?s website and available legal services
? Gather essential information from clients to facilitate effective consultations
? Document client interactions clearly and efficiently in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
? Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless client service and follow-up
? Stay updated on our services and legal processes to provide accurate information

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service is preferred
? Strong written communication skills and an ability to convey information clearly and professionally
? Familiarity with live chat systems and customer relationship management software
? Empathetic approach to client interactions with a genuine desire to assist
? Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
