Provide technical support: Respond to employee inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
Communicate effectively: Clearly and concisely communicate technical information to non-technical employees, providing step-by-step instructions and guidance.
Document support activities: Document all support activities, including issues and resolutions, in a detailed and organized manner.
Maintain knowledge base: Continuously update and maintain the company's knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future reference.
Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and provide support to employees.
Provide training: Conduct training sessions for employees on new software and technology updates to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Ensure timely resolution: Prioritize and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize downtime for employees.
Stay updated on technology trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field to provide the best support and solutions to employees.
Maintain confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure the security of company data and systems.
