Fully remote contract to permanent opportunity for a AthenaHealth Subject Matter Expert / Super User! We are seeking candidates who have strong AthenaHealth application expertise to support our client with the following:

Direct client-facing work and system/account setup

Creating educational content and training materials

Leading and moderating community discussions and onboarding calls

Assist with building out onboarding materials and training resources ahead of our client-s AthenaHealth go-live in Q3 2025

This position would start as a part-time role (20 hours per wk) with full-time (40 hours) potential in the first few months of employment. Want to learn more? Then you should contact Elite Technical right away for consideration!

Required Skills

AthenaHealth Super User - Must be familiar with the AthenaHealth systems. Can create accounts/get people set up in the system. We'd expect them to be familiar with a majority of Athena's UI components as well.

Customer Service Abilities - Able to interact with clients (in this case would be internal employees (admins, providers etc) and potentially patients in the future)

Must have experience in supporting the generation of materials and/or revising the materials in a meaningful way. Must have a lot of experience with training and managing training calls and live troubleshooting of the AthenaHealth system.
