INSINC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in retrieving and inputting data. Responsibilities
? Inputting and verifying data into our database system accurately and efficiently.
? Maintaining and updating records and files as needed.
? Generating reports from the database for analysis and review.
? Ensuring data integrity and protection by following established procedures.
? Assisting with the organization and management of physical and digital files.
? Conducting regular audits to spot and correct data inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Proficiency in using database management systems.
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
? Effective verbal and written communication skills.
