Superintendent Qualifications: ? 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent ? B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered ? Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures ? Ability to supervise Field Employees and Subcontractors on a project ? Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
