This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining and updating our extensive database. You will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and organizing data with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, an... exceptional eye for detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: ? Input and update data into our database system ? Verify accuracy of data by reviewing and comparing source documents ? Sort, organize, and file physical and electronic documents ? Communicate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency ? Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors ? Generate data reports as needed ? Maintain confidentiality of all data and information ? Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Proven experience in data entry or related field
? Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
? Excellent organization and time management skills
? Meticulous attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and in a team setting
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Experience with data entry software a plus
