Educate customers on self-service options and assist with navigation of online platforms. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of ProMed Healthcare's products and services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in using chat and messaging platforms.
