Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases

Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Assist with special projects as needed

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience with data entry and administrative tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
