As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of Southwest Airlines, assisting customers with inquiries, booking flights, providing flight updates, handling changes, and delivering a positive experience. Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency
Assist with booking, changing, or canceling flight reservations
Provide flight status updates and answer general inquiries

Qualifications:
