Responsibilities: ? Daily bookkeeping of source data in accounting system. ? Manage and complete bank reconciliations. ? Execute assigned controls in accordance with the Group Internal Control System. ? Review of expense documents submitted to Expense Management System for accuracy and completeness. ? Communicate with internal and external service providers regarding payments and documentation via chat, email, and shared mailbox management. ? Reconciliation of blockchain transactions. ? Archive, organize, and label bank ledgers, account statements, and portfolio reports efficiently. ? Payments execution and associated processes. ? Support the Finance team in preparing weekly management reports. ? Support in preparing information to be delivered to auditors. ? Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial operations ? Complete ad-hoc tasks promptly and provide support to other departments. Job requirements ? University or College degree in the field of Accounting and Finance ? Accounting and finance experience of minimum of 3 years in a similar role and environment ? Good knowledge of IFRS and GAAP ? ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA qualifications or ongoing certification would be considered as an advantage ? English language - Proficiency ? MS Excel / Google Sheets - Proficiency ? Proactive and willing to learn
