? Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for CoreWeave?s internal IT function.
? Manage and enhance HRIS systems.

Requirements
? 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
? Experience in developing financial and supply chain systems.
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Excellent leadership and communication skills.
? MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
